Customer name: Tianjin XX Group Company

Product name: Frozen Penaeus monodon, Frozen South American white shrimp

Service content: Malaysia Tianjin maritime transport, customs clearance at port, warehousing and distribution

Documents required for import: certificate of origin, health certificate, import animal and plant inspection and quarantine license

Technical point: pre declaration is required for frozen aquatic products before import. Before shipment, we collate domestic and foreign data, review and modify them. If the shrimp is imported, pay special attention to the customs code. When reviewing the data for the customer, it was found that in the classification information provided by foreign suppliers, the black tiger shrimp was classified into other frozen small shrimp. According to our experience, China classified the black tiger shrimp into the category of frozen cold water shrimp. If the coding error is reported, customs clearance will be delayed, which will not only incur high costs, but also affect the quality of goods.

The first imported frozen aquatic products need to be labeled in Chinese abroad, which mainly reflects the product name, batch, production date, country, fishing area, etc. If the sample label of the outer package does not meet the requirements of the commodity inspection standards, it will be ordered to rectify; If the inspection results are not up to the standard, they will be required to go through the formalities of port withdrawal approval, and the documents will be deleted, returned or destroyed; If the goods are sold without a health certificate, they will be fined by the commodity inspection department, and in serious cases, their business qualifications will be revoked.
