The State Administration of Market Supervision on Some Electronic and Electrical Products
Announcement that the mandatory product certification management will no longer be implemented
Announcement No. 34 of the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration in 2022
The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1、 The 9 electronic and electrical products with low safety risk and mature technology will no longer be subject to CCC certification management (see the annex).
2、 Relevant products are deleted from the scope of application of the Implementation Rules for Compulsory Product Certification Audio and Video Equipment (CNCA-C08-01:2014) and the Implementation Rules for Compulsory Product Certification Telecommunication Terminal Equipment (CNCA-C16-01:2014); The Implementation Rules for Compulsory Product Certification Anti theft Alarm Products (CNCA-C19-01:2014) shall be repealed.
3、 The designated business scope of the designated certification authority and laboratory involving related products shall be cancelled.
4、 The designated certification body and laboratory shall stop the CCC certification of relevant products and corresponding testing activities, and cancel the issued CCC certification certificate as required.
It is hereby announced.
